Aurafy Premium is a digital streaming subscription service. Because our service provides immediate access to premium digital content and features, all subscription charges are generally non-refundable.
You can cancel your Aurafy Premium subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month or partial-year subscription periods.
If you believe you were charged in error, or if you accidentally purchased a subscription and have not yet used any premium features, you may contact our support team within 48 hours of the charge to request a refund evaluation. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the premium service, please contact support. If we cannot resolve the issue in a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a prorated refund.
